Ben Wolff is presenting a very unique and special program of Workshops for BYC.
He will be sharing his vast knowledge and teaching skills that next to nobody knows and nobody else knows how to teach. These are very one of a kind Workshops, only currently available at BYC.
He also lectures with Dr Lucy Clarke and Nirlipta Tuli on “Yoga and Clinical Psychology in Society” to post-graduate PhD level psychologists at Salomans, Canterbury Christ Church University.
Additionally Ben is part of the recently launched think tank by Heather Mason “Yoga 4 the NHS” and is co-course designer and co-tutor of the CPD Advanced Yoga Nidra for teachers and therapists.
Most people don’t know that healing has different gears: inactive, passive, active, accelerated and advaned. Most people don’t know that the default healing mode is the slowest of all. Once you know the difference you can choose how quickly you influcence your healing – up to 6 times quicker. By learning how to move the body from fear to safety, and change the opinion of the nervous system to the level of threat it experiences, you can literally change your body’s healing response. After all, your cells are listening!
The greatest hits or hacks, tips and tricks to extend the body’s possibilities in flexibility and strength. This is achieved through a practice of effortless force as opposed to our normal yogic practices of forceful effort.
How to make the body feel a little more ‘lovely and gorgeous’ through an education in what brain really thinks is going on with the body and transforming it into a place of fluidity, flow and possibility for change. How the head can be a great place to hang out through giving our internal dialogue a job description and duties, and finally how to change our curses into blessings via ancient “lost to the ages” yogic problem solving.
We do not offer refunds on workshops. However, if you need to cancel out of the workshop and do so any time prior to 24hrs before the event, please email the studio at studio@bychotyoga.co.uk and the fee will be credited to your account. If you late cancel under 24hrs prior to class you will be charged in full.
