How to make the body feel a little more ‘lovely and gorgeous’ through an education in what brain really thinks is going on with the body and transforming it into a place of fluidity, flow and possibility for change. How the head can be a great place to hang out through giving our internal dialogue a job description and duties, and finally how to change our curses into blessings via ancient “lost to the ages” yogic problem solving.
Unknown and unnoticed by nearly all of us, the breath is the remote control to the brain. If you’d like to change your feelings, change your breathing! Learn how to turn anxiety into excitement and hyper-vigilance into relaxation at the flick of a switch. How to boost everything we can measure about a human body literally and liberally in 20 minutes, every day.
Most people don’t know that healing has different gears: inactive, passive, active, accelerated and advaned. Most people don’t know that the default healing mode is the slowest of all. Once you know the difference you can choose how quickly you influcence your healing – up to 6 times quicker. By learning how to move the body from fear to safety, and change the opinion of the nervous system to the level of threat it experiences, you can literally change your body’s healing response. After all, your cells are listening!
