Just Be You – tiful

I have never felt or looked better in my life and I only started Bikram yoga 3 months ago for the very first time. Within the first 5 lessons I felt calmer and much more able to cope with the daily challenges ; I don’t remember the last time I got upset or raised my voice.
 
I love the change to my body. The muscle strength and flexibility is incredible – needless to say I lost the stubborn weight after 3 pregnancies. I can now move the left arm around a lot more; I had it broken when I was a child and couldn’t turn it around more than 90 degrees circle. I can now put my hands into a prayer position and the Locust pose is no longer my nightmare 😊
The teachers are excellent, very approachable and patient and always happy to help with the posture adjustment. Since day 1 I felt very welcomed and no one judged me on my inexperience and inability to follow.
Its the best thing I started during my short career break and I will always find time to make it to the sessions 2-3 times a week and recommend it to all my friends.
Thank you for such positive experience. It made a difference to me on all levels; physically, emotionally and mentally and I always look forward to every class.
