Sacral Chakra Workshop: Cacao & Yoga (Yin, Vinyasa, Kriya & Yoga Nidra)
Within our inner body lies a universe of energy—our life force—known as the chakras.
The word “chakra” means “spinning wheels.” These invisible energy centres are thought to affect our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Chakras are like energy transformers, shifting energy from low to high vibrations. Keeping them balanced is thought to be essential for health, happiness, and vitality.
The chakras work together as a system. If you work on one, it affects all the others. They influence our behaviours and emotions, acting as a map of our inner energy, and are closely linked to the glands and hormones that help regulate our lives. Chakras help us understand our energy about our inner self and the world, shaped by our life experiences and family background.
Join Us for the Sacral Chakra Workshop and explore areas like creativity, joy, relationships and fear of loosing control.
Svadhisthana – Sweetness
The Sacral Chakra is where life’s sweetness resides. It channels energy for pleasure, sensuality, and creativity. Like the water element it governs, it urges us to flow gracefully through life, staying attuned to our emotions.
This chakra reflects our need for relationships and some control over our physical environment. It cultivates a sense of personal identity. Attachments like authority, relationships, and money connect to our energy field and physical body through this chakra.
This chakra is often shrouded in taboo and may evoke feelings of shame. Balancing it allows us to unlock deeper joy, emotional harmony, fostering balanced conscious relationships.
