• 20 classes valid for 3 months
• £290 (without mats)
• £310 (including mat hire)

Plus, you’ll receive one free guest pass to bring someone along to share the BYC experience.

Why 3 months?

Because consistency changes everything.

Three months gives you enough time see/feel progress in the following:

  • Body Composition Changes: Fat reduction and muscle definition are usually noticeable. Remember if weight loss is your goal it is 80% diet 20% exercise. However NEVER come to class on an empty stomach. You need fuel to sustain you and get the best out of our classes.
  • Building Strength: It takes 2-3 months of consistent regular exercise to see and feel muscle growth. If you are specifically looking to target glutes and core give Hot Pilates a try, while we do a total body work out we focus a lot on glutes and core.
  • Cardiovascular & Strength Gains: Improved cardiovascular fitness lowers resting heart rate and boosts stamina
  • Improved Metabolism: Regular exercise, boosts metabolism.
  • Health Metrics Improvement: Better, improved blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Mental & Lifestyle Benefits

  • Increased Confidence: Consistent exercise can boosts confidence
  • Better Mood & Energy: Regular hot yoga/hot pilates activity reduces anxiety and increases daily energy levels. It has also been scientifcaly shown to reduce symptoms of depression!

The Maths

20 classes over 3 months = £14.50 per class
saving £2/class & a total of £50

You only have to practise between 1 & 2 Classes a week to get through these in the time. This is more than achievable even with the busiest of schedules!

Concession rates are available to: Pensioners, Students, those in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance and/or Income Support, Disability Allowance, the Armed Forces, Equity, Musician Union Members, NHS Employees, Police and Fire Fighters.

Proof is required to benefit for the Concession Rates each time you buy classes.

Other Options

Have you thought about our 12 Month Autopay, at £109/month (no mats) for unlimited yoga! If it is the commitment that is making you hesitate you might be interested to know there is a 2 month cancelation policy so if you need to cancel before the 12 months is up, just give your 2 months notice, practise as normal & your done!

Minors Policy:

PLEASE BE ADVISED BYC is for 14yrs+

14-15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years old) each time they practise. We offer an £8 Drop In rate for under 14-15 year olds.

16 and 17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years of age) on their first visit. After their first accompanied visit, they are then able to come to class on their own.

In both cases adult (18+) will need to countersign their completed registration form.

BYC hot yoga Latecomers Policy:

Please note for 6.30am, 8:15am, 4pm & 6pm Classes we can not permit anyone who arrives late. The doors will be locked promptly at the the start of class.

New Students

If it is your first time practising at BYC hot yoga, you need to be in the Yoga room from the very beginning of class.  This is to ensure that the teacher knows you are new and if you are working with any illness’ or injuries, so they can take good care of you.

Regular Students

Latecomers, who have practised at BYC hot yoga before,  need to be in the room before the 1st breathing exercise has finished or at the discretion of Managers And Reception staff.

This is for your own safety and to cause least disruption to the class.

BYC Refund Policy:

All BYC Class Cards are non refundable, non freezable & non transferable.

We will of course hold class cards for pregnancy and/or medical reasons. For medical/injury class card hold we  require a doctor, physio, chiropractors (or whoever you are seeing in regards to the issue) note, attaining to the issue and that it has been keeping you from your yoga, emailed to us at studio@bychotyoga.co.uk.
