Long distance runner turned yogi!
I did my first yoga class over 21 years ago and I was hooked immediately. I am still a regular and part of the furniture!
My physio told me that starting yoga was the best gift I could give my body and also my mind. The practice has improved my breathing and extended my stride.
I appreciate the total feeling of inclusivity at the studio. My BYC colleagues and friends are definitely my second family.
The only downside is that I will never be able to move house!
