Arm balances, they (aka our awesome teachers) make it look so easy. Popping into Crow, rocking into a side crow, flying it to FireFly, perching in peacock. Notice these are all named after birds and sometime we think our teachers may actually be able to fly.
However for many of us while these posses may look easy they are still evading us.
So this workshop will focus on arm balances, teaching us the tops and tricks, so that hopefully one day we will feel like we can fly to!
Appropriate for those who are new, as well as those wanting to brush up on alignment techniques.
What is hot vinyasa?:
Vinyasa yoga connects breath and asana. Poses flow from one to another; developing strength, stamina and flexibility, whilst also calming the mind.
Containing downward dogs and sun salutations, along with arm balancing postures; Hot Vinyasa Flow allows you to focus more on the upper body, as well as core. It is an all round body/mind workout
This class is done in 36 degree heat.
We do not offer refunds on workshops. However, if you need to cancel out of the workshop and do so any time prior to 24hrs before the event, please email the studio at firstname.lastname@example.org and the fee will be credited to your account. If you late cancel under 24hrs prior to class you will be charged in full.
