NEW 8 Week Course  – Body Conditioning

About this Class:
‘Body Conditioning’: based on functional training, which means it will give you the opportunity to use your body more efficiently and athletically, improving strength, endurance, core, agility and power.
Who can attend this workshop:

Appropriate for all.
Why: Why are we introducing a 8 week Body Conditioning class? Well firstly we tried it and we loved it and we know you will do. Secondly, this class, practised as part of your regular BYC yoga schedule is going to help improve your strength and fitness, thereby benefiting you and your yoga practise.

What you will need?
– Towel (we hire for £1.50)
– Water (we sell 500ml Belu bottles for £0.60)
– Mats, bricks and blocks will be provided by BYC

 

Introducing Fed:
Fed trained as a Bikram teacher in 2010 and has been teaching at BYC ever since. He’s the annoying one, but at least he gives long Savasanas. He qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2018.
Cancellation Policy: 

We do not offer refunds on workshops. However, if you need to cancel out of the workshop and do so any time prior to 24hrs before the event, please email the studio at studio@bychotyoga.co.uk and the fee will be credited to your account. If you late cancel under 24hrs prior to class you will be charged in full.

If you have booked a package and need to cancel one or more of your Workshops, you will be charged full price for the Workshops you attend. The remaining amount will then be credit to your BYC account.
