To celebrate our 16th Birthday from Friday 16th – Sunday 18th November, the first 5 full price Yearly Unlimited £975 we sell will come with a FREE private class with BYC’s owner and senior teacher extraordinaire Helen!
 
Private class is 1hr, Helen will work through the Bikram sequence giving you personalised adjustments, taking photos that you will receive via email with all of her notes/adjustments.
 

Private class can be be booked in:
Monday-Friday: 1:45pm-2:45pm
Monday-Friday: 4:45pm-5:45pm
Thursday: 8:15am-9:15am
Saturday: 6:45pm-7:45pm

Helen trained in 1998 and after 5 years of teaching, she decided to open BYC in November 2002. Thank you Hels!!!!

BYC’s 16th Birthday is dedicated to the Memory of Dawn Conlon

This September we lost a much loved member of our BYC community and family Dawn. Many of you will know Dawn for her warmth, kindness, strength and for always having a beautiful smile on her face!

In true Dawn fashion, we received a beautiful, posthumous card and flowers with a message to all her BYC friends:

“To All my friends at BYC I say thank you for walking such an important part of my journey with me. Continue to walk and practice with love.”

Her brother Fraser was kind enough to share with us that BYC meant as much to Dawn as she did to us saying:

“She had asked that I personally stop by the studio to thank you all for the tremendous impact you had on her life. She loved you all very much. The studio meant so much to her and it changed her life.”

In honour of Dawn during our Birthday weekend, we will be raising Money for two charities that Dawns family thought best to honour her memory:

The Eve Appeal

We will be donating £1 from everyone that comes to class on Friday 16th of November and will have a collection bucket at BYC reception for anyone that wishes to donate. We will also be holding a charity raffle to win prizes.

Dawn; we will forever be thankful that you walked through our doors and shared your light with us! We will miss you greatly! Some people shine a light so bright you feel it long, long after they have gone.

To celebrate 16 years of BYC we will be having a weekend of festivities.  
  • Helen, our owner and senior will be teaching the 6:15pm class on Friday 16th November, it will be a fun-filled class not to miss! What better way to enjoy a 90 minute yoga class, than to be led by the Queen of BYC herself. Expect awesomeness!
  • We will be selling an exclusive BYC 16th Birthday Weekend Pass for £35 (BUY NOW*) for the duration of the weekend, for you to enjoy unlimited classes from 16th- 18th November. Bargain!

BYC 16th Birthday Weekend Pass pass is only valid Friday 16th November through to Sunday 18th November 2018. It is not usable on any other days/dates. You can come to as many classes as you like during our Birthday weekend (booking is advised). If you prebook into a class using your BYC 16th Birthday Weekend Pass and ‘Late Cancel’, less then 12 hrs prior to class, you will be charged the full Drop In fee of £17 for the class, per missed class.

BYC’s 16th Birthday coincides with our favourite Raw Bonbon’s 6th Birthday, so we are having a joint Birthday celebration!

Raw Bonbon is the creation of one of our wonderfully talented BYCer. 6 years ago she had a dream to share her passion about Cacao with the world. You can now find her healthy, yummy, raw chocolate creations on the shelves of all good health food shops.

However, the very first shelves they graced, were ours!!!

 Friday 16th – Sunday 18th of November, all Raw Bonbon Slices will be Buy One Get One Free at BYC! We will also have a few Raw Bonbon samples on offer during the weekend.

We like to think that BYC has a little hand in the creation of the Slice. We have always been lucky enough to purchase our Birthday cakes from Raw Bonbon. Each slice, is a little slice of heaven, so our very own Kat said one day (in a very different manor to that of Marie Antoinette) wouldn’t in be amazing if we could have a piece of Raw Bonbon cake everyday… and now we can!
