Must be over the age of 16 or 14-15 with an adult.

About:
Helen, BYC’s owner & senior teacher & Syd also a BYC senior teacher met on Bikram teaching training in 1998. They are combining their wealth of experience and knowledge is this 3hr class designed to workshop each posture using hands on adjustments. A posture clinic not to be missed.

What you will need:

• Water
• mats (will be provided free of charge)
• towel to put on the mat (you can hire one from us £1.50)

Cancellation Policy: 

If you need to cancel out of the workshop and do so any time prior to 24hrs before the event, please email the studio at studio@bychotyoga.co.uk and the fee will be credited to your BYC account. If you late cancel under 24hrs prior to class you will be charged in full.
