BYC Workshops 2022
Date: Saturday 12th November 2022
Time: 1pm-4pm
Price: £35
About: Take some time for yourself and discover how wonderful it can feel to let go and surrender into a slow Yin practice. With the body supported by props, the muscles can let go and we can allow the pose to sink into the deeper tissues of the body. This benefits us physiologically, as we can target the deep fascia and safely exercise our joints. Furthermore, the emotional and psychological benefits of letting go and accepting ‘what is’ are huge.

BYC hot yoga Latecomers Policy
New Students
If it is your rst time practising at BYC, you need to be in the yoga room from the very beginning of class. This is to ensure that the teacher knows you are new and if you are working with any illness or injuries, so they can take good care of you.
Regular Students
Hot Yoga: Latecomers, who have practised at BYC, will be permitted into class ONLY before the end of the rst breathing exercise, at the discretion of Managers and Reception staff.
All other classes: Students are required to be in the room for the start of the class. This is for their own safety and to cause least disruption to the class.
