About the workshop:

Are there any Vinyasa postures you are currently struggling with? Any postures you want to improve on or simply know more about? From arm balances to headstands, warrior to chaturanga, and everything and anything in between. This is the workshop for you.

Once you are booked in, send us an email to with the 3 postures you would most like to work on. We will pick the most popular and Arianna will work her special brand of yoga magic to help.

We know there are a lot of poses in Vinyasa, so click here for list (with pictures) of some of the post common.

Suitable for all levels.

What you will need?
– Towel (we hire for £1.50)
– Water (we sell 500ml Belu bottles for £0.60)
– Mats, bricks and blocks will be provided by BYC


Introducing Arianna:
“My yoga journey started a few years ago when I walked into a yoga class to find myself completely in love with it.
I thought it was the most beautiful and at the same time the hardest type of movement I have ever tried before.
Pretty soon I was completely hooked and couldn’t stay a day without practicing.
In order to understand better alignment and progress in my own practice I embarked the first of a long series of teacher trainings.
Still to this day every time I go to the mat I find myself always looking forward to the practice and that sense of complete wholesomeness that you can experience with Yoga.
I teach from the prospective that all the poses are possible and along the journey you will  definitely learn a lot about yourself.”

What is hot vinyasa?:
Vinyasa yoga connects breath and asana. Poses flow from one to another; developing strength, stamina and flexibility, whilst also calming the mind.

In contrast to the Bikram Hot Yoga series, these postures change class to class. Movements are cued by the breath; allowing you to execute the dynamic postures seamlessly.

Containing downward dogs and sun salutations, along with arm balancing postures; Hot Vinyasa Flow allows you to focus more on the upper body, as well as core. It is an all round body/mind workout

This class is done in 36 degree heat.

Cancellation Policy: 

We do not offer refunds on workshops. However, if you need to cancel out of the workshop and do so any time prior to 24hrs before the event, please email the studio at and the fee will be credited to your account. If you late cancel under 24hrs prior to class you will be charged in full.

If you have booked a package and need to cancel one or more of your Workshops, you will be charged full price for the Workshops you attend. The remaining amount will then be credit to your BYC account.
