A certified guided meditation practitioner and sound healer, Charlie’s journey to overcome insomnia led him to the surprising effectiveness of Sound Baths. Experiencing deep relaxation during his first session, he cultivated a collection of singing bowls and gongs. Now, Charlie offers his own unique Sound Bath experiences, interesting guided meditation and Somatic exercise to amplify their therapeutic benefits. The resonant frequencies of singing bowls are believed to mirror the body’s natural state of peace and calm, facilitating a tranquil state that aids in the release of accumulated stress and anxiety.
